Problem:
Healthcare is a high-calling in a complex field. Providers who follow Christ often lack equipping to navigate the tensions, stress, and opportunities for best and sustainable practice.
Solution:
Catalyze a Greater Dayton Network of Christ-following healthcare workers to more deeply connect with the Great Physician and link arms with each other.
To transform our selves, families, workplace cultures, patient outcomes, and city-systems through content and community.
Strategy:
Asset-map all Christ-following healthcare workers.
Create a city-chapter of Christian Medical and Dental Association (CMDA).
Form a core team, comprised of representatives from all health systems and roles, to steward the activities.
Help followers absorb content, connect with colleagues and friends peer-to-peer and in groups by health system, facility and/or discipline.
Host an annual conference for all Christian Healthcare Providers in Dayton to encourage, equip, and make connections throughout the city.
Host an annual worship celebration and dinner to re-gather.
