Helping Us Resist Technology, Become Well, & Restore Life — Together.
We’re all living in the same moment— hyperconnected to our screens… and quietly disconnected from each other.
Tech Wise Tribe is a podcast, book, and one small part of a global community , a greater movement, helping us find our way back to collectively restore what matters most.

The Tech Wise Tribe Podcast lights the path to some of the expert guides below. They share stories, tools, and habits that guide you deeper into your tech wise journey. The appetizer of an interview leads you into the main course of what they offer. This is a global community and movement - join it. Fill out this form to be sent newest episodes.
The Book
Tech Wise Tribe is a relational book, podcast, and one small part of a deep and wide movement—helping us find our way back to ourselves and each other.
The book invites us to fast from unnecessary technology, replace it with what helps us become well, and to do it in friendship.
It's about 100 pages, 3 chapters, and invites you into 3 meaningful conversations to be read in pairs or groups.
The book is in early editing phase and will be published when the time is right. Eventually you can sign up for updates and receive the foreword and introduction of the book for free.

The Problem We All Feel
You walk into a restaurant—a young couple, an old couple, a family of five—
all staring at screens.
Outside, the neighborhood is silent.
It’s not just them—it’s us.
The world buzzes online, but grows quiet in our homes.
We’re all here, but rarely with each other—caught in the same moment: hyperconnected to our phones… and quietly drifting apart.
It doesn’t have to stay this way.
Together, we can reclaim what matters most.
We can choose presence over pixels.

(Quick note – I want to honor the GOAT, Andy Crouch, lead author of Tech-Wise Family & Life. If mimicry is the highest form of flattery, then Tech Wise Tribe, is meant to honor his work and legacy. )
I'm excited to light the path to these amazing folks below, it is a privilege.

My Current Tech Wise Rhythms
Tech Wise Rhythms are never prescriptive—they’re deeply personal.
My rhythms are exactly that: mine, simply where I am on the journey. I share them not as rules, but as invitations to help you ideate.
Pick what resonates. Adapt what fits. Leave the rest.
I’ve been working on this for over six years, and my rhythms continue to evolve. Yours will too.
Enjoy the journey of becoming present, well, & restoring life — together.
