Frontline Listeners' are everyday people that by the nature of their job end up listening to a lot of people process their life.
This includes, but isn't limited to, barbers, bartenders, hair stylists, diner folk, baristas, and secretaries.
Problem:
Frontline Listeners' are often underappreciated and unidentified for the vital listening work they do that helps our society heal.
While frontline listeners' aren't counselors or therapists, they do provide a lot of listening and processing space, but they may not have great listening skills or boundaries.
Frontline Listeners' enjoy and are exhausted by all the listening they do and they don't have a place to connect with others and process themselves.
Solution:
Create a regional network of front-line listeners who encourage, listen, and support each other in becoming better listeners and better at their craft.
